[TYPO3-english] Again: Cooluri, multidomain, multilanguage, single tree setup

I'm having the same situation that was described here:

One tree and multiple languages are identified by domain and not by L
variable.

The answer in 2007 was: No, Cooluri isn't designed to do this:

Q: What is the situation today?

I couldn't find information on whether Cooluri can handle mutlidomain
multilanguage sites with just one tree.
