[TYPO3-english] Messaging plugin TYPO3

Hi all,

I have to implement a internal messaging plugin for FE users I tried two
extensions "abile_tickets" and "sys_messages".
The first one seems to have some conflict with system settings (may be
extension ) and other one has no manual and after installation I am not sure
from where to use the plugin.  The second one seems to be a better option
(written by Kasper skrhj).

If anybody has used these extentions please guide me about its usage.
