or use doNotShowLink on first level.

Delete the line "ACT = 2". 1. this is wrong, 2. if you got the active state "NO = 1" and copy this 
to ACT "ACT < .NO", then the active state of ACT is alrady set. Or set "ACT = 1", if you do not copy 
NO to ACT.
