[TYPO3-english] EXT dd_googlesitemap: news sitemap not working

hi all

after having tested several EXT for the googlesitemap, which didn't 
really work, i today also tried dd_googlesitemap.

there are two URI to enter in the google webmaster tool for a website:

1. (general)
http://example.com/?eID=dd_googlesitemap

2. (for the news) 
http://example.com/?eID=dd_googlesitemap&sitemap=news&pidList=xxx&singlePid=yyy

the first one works correct.
google gives an OK back.

but for the second one google returns an error message, meaning: "not a 
supported XML format".

i use coolUri, indexed_search and crawler.
all parameters seem to be correct.
also the uid for the news folder (sysfolder) and the singleview are correct.

so why would google return an error message?
