after having checked all the links in my multidomain single tree 
installation i must say that all links are not hierarchically ordered 
any more, just:

myDomain/subpage

everything (mainpages, subpages, inbetween-pages) inbetween is just gone.

the more i test the more i'm puzzled.
and help is badly needed :-)
