[TYPO3-english] mx_fileupload showing blank page

Hello

I am trying to install a extension so FE-users can upload files and then 
see a list of the files uploaded. I found this extension mx_fileupload.
I cant get it to work on TYPO3 4.2.6 on linux server.
The error I get in error.log is

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or if there is another extension 
that can do the same thing.
