[TYPO3-english] [HTMLArea::initIframe]: Failed attempt at loading stylesheets

Hi,

I've got the following problem with rte (working with Typo3 4.3alpha1, 
rte 1.8.0, apache 2.2, php 5.2, Windows XP SP2)

I know that Stanislas Rolland already answered that css files were 
probably not accessible. But I don't find how to make these files 
accessible.
I tried the same rtehtmlarea package (1.8.0) + Typo 4.3.1 (WAMP) with 
another computer and it work's ! So I tried to modify the apache server 
configuration but the RTE is being loaded indefinitely...

Any Ideas ?
