[TYPO3-english] Realurl, config.baseURL och IDN domains

Hi,

I have a site that use Realurl and an IDN domain. I set config.baseURL 
to http://www.värna.org/, but the 'ä' is screwed up in the page source, 
so it is incorrectly rendered as <base href="http://www.v%C3%A4rna.org/" />
I tried absRefPrefix, but it kills Realurl.
