[TYPO3-english] TMENU Levels

how could there be a 3rd level without a 2nd level? Don't you have a
structur like this?

If you want to show the Menu starting with "Page One 1.1" on the 3rd
level, you could jump there directly by a link to the 3rd level page.
The "parent" (Page One.1) you can set to "hide in menu". Is this, what
you mean?
