[TYPO3-english] tx_sremailsubscribe CREATE form from TS

hei,

how is it possible to achieve a subpart with an sremailsubscribe CREATE 
form?

i tried this way:

temp.hirlevel < plugin.tx_sremailsubscribe_pi1
temp.hirlevel {
    code = CREATE
}

but the result is an EDIT module.
