[TYPO3-english] RTE -> wrong links

When I create links in my content with the RTE, then the links are wrong:

<a href="http://typo3/http://iss.avnetportal.ch/?id=5" ... >

Correct:
<a href="http://iss.avnetportal.ch/?id=5" ... >
