[TYPO3-english] [MONITORING] Existing extension for monitoring updates

Hi all,

I think it does not exist but I would like those features. I would like 
to receive email after contents/pages updates (like the workspace view) 
but without workspace. Content is validated automatically without manual 
validation and the email contains page, previous content and new one ...

Does anyone know something doing that ?
