[TYPO3-english] How check up whether come letters at local computer (MailformPlus)

Hi! I established plug-in MailformPlus. Connected template form.
In plug-in properties: E-mail -> Settings has set my e-mail.
Question: how to check up whether come letters at local computer?
As server used TYPO3 Winstaller (TYPO3_4.2.3) at local computer.
