Yes, in the URL. For example "http://www.hbs-artemis.nl/nieuws" or "http://www.hbs-artemis.nl/nieuws//"
becomes "http://www.hbs-artemis.nl/users/139348/public/sites/www.hbs-artemis.nl/nieuws/"

I think it is some sort of configuration error, but can't find much information
about it.
