[TYPO3-english] form to DB extension?

We have a need for a form builder that has functionality way beyond  
what the core distribution provides in Typo: Form page type.

Three requirements:
Captcha
Validation (email, etc.)
results logged to database and (optional) emailed to an account

Has such a thing been developed or should we just go the route of  
writing some PHP to accomplish the task?
