[TYPO3-english] [DAM] Managing permissions

Hi all

I am new to DAM and do not understand the permission stuff.

I have 2 filemounts.
I want some users to have all permissions on those filemounts.
I want a special group to have full permissions on firest filemount but 
only upload on the second one.
But the issue is that all filemount are in the same media page so I can 
not manage via web>access module.

I am sure it is possible but I did not succeed after hours of try and 
google.
