[TYPO3-english] bloggar installed but get an error

[Ronald Wiplinger (Lists)]

I have installed w.bloggar.com and with adding an Account I get:

w.bloggar: -2146697204
Unable to parse the XML response.Parser Reason:System error: 21c
Error Processing resource
'http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtmml1/DTD/xhtml1-transisitional.dtd'

First thought was, that the permission isn't setup correct, so I tried
the admin user and get the  same error.

I have setup timtab extension.
What have I forgotten?
