[TYPO3-english] Rich Text Editor issue with add internal page link

Hi all,

Just a quick question if anyone experienced a problem similar to me in 
RTE (Typo3 4.2.6) when I tried to create an internal link to a page for 
a line of text and the URL is very weird as below:

http://typo3/http://www.domain-name.com/?id=18


Its used to work perfectly and even have friendly URL.

Do you know why the url like that? where "http://typo3/" come from?
