[TYPO3-english] Is it possible to configure realurl preVars like postVarSets?

Hi,

I'd like to configure a realurl preVar in a format similar to a postVarSet, so 
the resulting url would be something like this:

www.domain.com/prevarname/prevarvalue/page1/subpage1/...

instead of this:

www.domain.com/prevarvalue/page1/subpage1/...

It works like that with postVarSets but I can't figure out if and how it should 
work for preVars. Suggestions welcome!
