for me that would be a nice add-on as I didn't need these tools yet.
and getting these tools is more complicated than just IM, which some
provider install at least (but hide very well). without exec() you can't
start very much.

you don't believe how stubborn some clients can be. and sometimes it is
about some euros these provider are cheaper than a good TYPO3-provider.
no one cares about support, backup, availibility or the work for the
developer. And as I know TYPO3 best I prefer to run TYPO3 than doing
debugging with other software.
