Hi,

I want to give you an update about the current status:
There are 591 entries on the map and leading countries are: Germany 316, 
Austria 49, Switzerland 44, Denmark 25, France 21, Netherlands 19, USA 
15, Canada 14, Poland 11, Italy 9.

If you want to have more statistics I am happy to announce a very small API!

http://www.typo3worldmap.net/stat.html
This will give you the countries and its users as XML but can also be as 
JSON or HTML with parameter as=json or as=html

Furthermore you can have some fun with Google Chart API by setting 
as=image > http://www.typo3worldmap.net/stat.html?as=image

you can use the parameters of this API like chs, chco, cht to get other 
examples like 
http://www.typo3worldmap.net/stat.html?as=image&top=7&chco=00cc33&chs=600x300

http://www.typo3worldmap.net/stat.html?show=user
Will give you the lastest users, also possible with json + html
