[TYPO3-english] Problem with upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.2.1

Hi Gideon,

I've used the Install Tool, I've compared and updated the DB
I've looked through the Login form wich is set to load backend.php
redirectUrl=backend.php.

Now the only thing I can think of now is that some plugin is causing 
this. But I've only loaded std plugins beside 5 others and I've had all 
those 5 uninstalled and relogged into TYPO3 without any difference.

If I goto the url: http://domain/typo3/ or domain/typo3/backend.php 
it'll load the correct backend. but not on login.

If anyone got more pointers in regards to get the proper backend running 
I'd be gratefull.
