[TYPO3-english] Mailform for reporting error on pages

I am considering making a link on all my pages, where readers easily could 
report errors or suggest changes on pages. Does anyone have a recommendation 
which extension to use for this? The error report page should automaticaly 
enclose the page id from the page it is linked from, so the sender should 
not bother about specifying which page the error is on.

I am already using the extension mailformplus for other mailforms, so 
perhaps this extension could be used. But how to get hold of the page id to 
enclose in the mail for the error report?
