[TYPO3-english] removing <!--TYPO3SEARCH_begin--> and <!--TYPO3SEARCH_end--> in HTML ?

One time commenting in XML vs executing PHP code for every request :)

I used sourceopt in the past but finally got rid of it. It is faster without it.
