[TYPO3-english] mm_forum: Can anonymous users write a post?

I've been looking for the other alternatives wec_discussion and
chc_forum.
Both [1] & [2] provide this functionality, so it's quite strange for me
that the most downloaded forum extension doesn't provide it (I think
that it's just my problem that I can't find how to configure it).

I'm going to test these two extension, and I'll use one of them if I
can't find how to allow anonymous posts in mm_forum.
