[TYPO3-english] How to remove "Localization view"

Hi,

I have been struggling trying to make the backend more friendly 
(removing all features not needed) and I got stuck trying to remove the 
checkbox 'localization view'.

It's probably somewhere deep within typo3 and not an extension but I 
just don't know where it is..

Anyone know?
