[TYPO3-english] Numbering tt_news-items in LIST-mode

Hello,

I was looking for an easy way to number news-items in LIST-mode:

1. My first article

2. Another article

3. Other article

etc.

However, there does not seem to be available marker or some TS-datawrap 
which could serve that purpose. Any suggestions?
