[TYPO3-english] Page title in heading and submenu of a page

A rather simple (i guess) question which i don't seam to work out: 

i have a heading 

<h4><!-- ###menuTitle### --> <!-- ###menuTitle### --></h4> 

And i want to put there the name of the page i'm in (let's say i'm in "About
us") 

And a default text would be nice. 


Also, not related, i want to show on the "About us" page the "About us" sub
menu like this: 

[ About us ] 

- About us 1 
- - About us 1.1 
- - - About us 1.1.1 
- - - About us 1.1.2 
- - - About us 1.1.3 
- - About us 1.2 
- - About us 1.3 
- About us 2 
- - About us 2.1 
- - About us 2.2 
- about us 3
