[TYPO3-english] Disable Cache in Typo3

Hi,

I'm new at this mailing list. "HELLO" :)

I've tried to disable the typo3 FE Cache for my 
developement-installation. The used Version is Typo3 4.2.1. I've set the 
config.no_cache to 1 (config.no_cache = 1) but the cache is still enabled.

Any suggestions?
