[TYPO3-english] Support module with tutorials/documentation ind backend?

The solution that I am looking for is very different than the CSH. It 
should be a module in the left side menu that displays a list of 
relevant documents. Almost like a little backend wiki. But to keep it 
simple it could be a simple list of links to pdf files or other documents.
