[TYPO3-english] tx_ratings - StoragePID Not Saved

For some reason

plugin.tx_ratings_pi1.storagePid

Will not save.

I try setting it with Constant Editor, but when the page refreshes, it still
says its Empty. I tried setting it in Template Constants by using:

plugin.tx_ratings_pi1.storagePid = 55

But it still appears as empty in the Constants Editor, and as such, the
ratings system will not work on my site

Any ideas?
