[TYPO3-english] Problem posting a TS snippet at http://support.typo3.org/snippets/

Hi list,

has anyone else experienced problems posting a snippet at 
http://support.typo3.org/snippets?

I filled in all fields, but when I send it always shows the form again. 
I tried it several times and of course everytime typed in the new 
generated captcha.

I saw that lately spam has been posted. Has posting been deactivated 
temporarily?
