[TYPO3-english] New version of th_mailformplus (4.0.13) saves a test value

Heya,

in the new version of th_mailformplus (4.0.13) will be saved a variable 
named "test" with the value "test", automatically.

In the overview of all send forms there is now on the first place the 
test variable - it doesn't matter by mail sending, but only in the 
statistics of the overview because of the new "structure" with this new 
variable.

I guess it's a hangover from testing :)

I didn't found a section to th_mailformplus on bugs.typo3.org - so I 
reported this here only.
