[TYPO3-english] DAM media links and tables

Under latest DAM and TYPO3 4.2.4, media tags within tables aren't being
converted to a tags.

I've done a good bit of searching and experimenting, but am afraid I'm not
finding the answer.

See at http://beta.alamance-nc.com/index.php?id=1289 how free standing or ul
media tags are converted to a tags, but media tags within tables aren't.
