[TYPO3-english] why B.E user unable to create page ?

Hi,

 

I've installed typo3 ver 4.26 .. and created some backend users.

Strangely, the backend users are unable to create pages.. even though I
have given the correct db mount point and permissions.

 

The error message is something like =

 

Webmount for page id=0 is not available .. but I can only mount page
id=1 onwards.

 

Please help.
