[TYPO3-english] wec_discussion and no comments at all

Hi,
I want commenting out totally from wec blog. In 
http://webempoweredchurch.org/products/wec_discussion/ it says:
"Blog page – a specified user or group of users can post entries, and 
any user can comment or comments can be disabled"

But I can't find how to disable comments.

(I have a modified version of wec_discussion 1.7.1. Maybe the 
modification we made messed this up...?)
