[TYPO3-english] RealUrl adding nc to href in macina_banner

There are thousands of RealURL users. Even typo3.org uses RealURL. Do you think no one would have noticed this bug? :)

I never used macina_banners with internal URLs. I always have external URLs there. I am not sure if it is even meant for internal URLs.
