[TYPO3-english] doNotLinkIt override not working for second level

So you want to see all pages in the menu, and if they have the hide "in menu
field" checked, then they aren't linked? Not sure how you would do that in
TS, I find the 'if' difficult to get working. 

I would probably just use an IProcFunc and go through the menu array. I
think you get to see in each items element if it has this field checked
(could be wrong about that) and just delete everything to do with the link.
