[TYPO3-english] sb_tab (tab menu ) problem

How can i use this extension with menu/sitemap, section indexed.?

I have a page with section indexed, and i want to present that using a tab.
But when i click a section link, the tab menu disappears because the link
goes to the page where is the element section indexed.

Can someone help me?
