[TYPO3-english] rtehtmlarea broken after upgrading to 4.2.6

/Dear list,

According to this link

I have upgraded my running typo3 - 4.2.5 to 4.2.6
But now I have found that //rtehtmlarea/  is not working properly as
the  "insert image"  button is missing which was previously working.
/The version of rtehtmlarea is/ 1.7.9

Could any one has any fix ?
