[TYPO3-english] page list strange after upgrade

I just upgraded to 4.2.5 and I noticed this message in the 
upper section of the page list. I wonder if anyone has 
run into this or can help me to understand this. 

The top of the page tree has the message;

"This is the hierarchical organization of pages in TYPO3. 
Typically websites are build so they reflect the page structure 
in the page tree directly in the website navigation."

Not sure what that means.
