[TYPO3-english] Get rid of http:// before links

Hello, list!

I have a simple question: how can I remove 'http://' from begining of 
external links? I need relative links for popup windows, wich RTE makes 
only for external-new-window styled links with dimensions set. And it 
keeps forcing 'http://' on the beginning of links.

I tried to play around 'lib.parseFunc_RTE.makelinks.http.keep', but 
without any success.

I was searching the list, found same topic, but it was without answers. 
So, question is still opened.
