[TYPO3-english] Typo3 shop system - which one is the best

My current requirements for shop features are:

- One item in more categories
- Volume discouts (discount for more items in basket)
- Related texts and items
- Files to download
- Credit cards payments
- 2 prices - Euro and CZK - possiblity to choose which price to show
- Fulltext search for e-shop items and other content

Do you know about any Typo3 shop that would support these features?
