[TYPO3-english] secure links in RTE insert link dialog

Hi all!

How can I make "secure link" (as many popular extensions myth_repository, 
nav_securedl etc)
when I select some file in RTE insert link dialog (rtehtmlarea)?

I'd like to make some links as 
http://mysite/secure.php?file="path/to/file/text.doc", not as 
http://mysite/fileadmin/files/path/to/file/text.doc for securing reasons.

May be you advice some extension, which integrated with RTE insert link 
dialog to make "secure links"
or point how to develop such extension.
