[TYPO3-english] Extension of file name "file.inc" is not allowed

Hello all,

We just upgraded to Typo3 version 4.2.5 and I can no longer upload files 
with a .inc extension whereas I could before this upgrade. I had been 
using .inc files because I was getting this error message with .php 
files. How can I fix this?
