[TYPO3-english] GMENU using fontcolor as backcolor and vice versa

Hi,

I'm building a GMENU with the following TS

http://www.phlogi.net/f/t3/tsp/sp/gmenu_fontcolor_backcolor/

The problem is that the TS from the link above return a GMENU with the
TYPO3 orange background (here defined as fontColor) and a black font
color (here defined as backColor).

I'm using TYPO3 4.3 running on a Ubuntu 8.04.1 and my settings in the
install tool regarding GFX is avaliable from this link

anyone who can point me in a direction?
