And you want to send an email to the person who filled in the form and
to a admin (receiver one)? That's standard functionality in the
powermail flexform. There are 2 tabs for emailing, one for sender and
one for receiver.

Might be a good idea to upgrade to 1.5.1 as well. Some updates there.
