[TYPO3-english] rte not loading for user

[Web - Stradalibera]

i don't know if there is a bug but rtehtml works fine with admin login while i am logged in BE with other user RTE not loading :

My configuration : typo3 4.1.12 new installation with rte (system) 1.5.9 

admin report with firefox 3.5.5, opera 10.10, IE 6.0 and XP 

(RTE now gives me these errors even for admin but yesterday they were only for other users)
