The URI seems to be:
https://svn.typo3.org/TYPO3v4/Extensions/contagged/trunk
You can find this URI at the "Repository" tab of the extensions' page in 
forge.

The URI 
http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/browse/extension-contagged/trunk 
points to the HTML interface that shows the contents of the repository.
