Of course, I completely agree! This is very good idea!

OK! I remember that option during installation. Now I understand what did it mean!

This is by design. Having to choose both a DS and a TO has been a pain 
for a long time and an unnecessary step, since a given TO is always 
linked to a single DS.

However if you have a lot of TOs, you may still want to keep the 
DS-selection step, to filter the TOs. You can get back the old behavior 
by changing a configuration option in the Extension Manager.

Don't know about that one. I don't have an empty [Ref] column, but I 
didn't change the TOs in my test site recently.
